Every stream of the public methodology repo, medici-finance/assay, by wave. A row is a stream, a column is a wave, a cell is a brief, and its state is a mark. The source is the repo's own stream files, the same ones its board is generated from; nothing here is typed by hand.
Now, next, later
The roadmap the board implies, read as a sequence rather than a calendar. Now is what a desk is holding. Next is the board's own next-up batch, in the order the scheduler ranks it. Later is everything still to do, by stream priority and then by wave. Briefs carry no dates, so this page promises none; it says what is in hand, what is queued, and what waits behind it.

How to read it
A wave is a dependency tier: everything in wave 0 can start now, wave 1 waits on wave 0, and so on. The lifecycle a cell moves through is todo, in progress, implemented, verified, done, with blocked as the off-path state. Implementers stop at implemented; a non-implementer sets verified; a brief marked gate: human is closed only by a person.
Marks, not colour: a struck cross is done, hatching is verified, a bar is implemented, a half-filled cell is in progress, an empty cell is todo, a folded amber corner is blocked. The same marks are used on the landing page and will be used on the board.
What this page does not show: the house's private repositories. Their boards exist and drive the readouts on the front page, but their stream and brief names are not published. This page shows the methodology's own delivery of itself.
